Get some onions and tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Place in a bowl.
Sprinkle this with a bit of vinegar and mix.
Next, pour a generous amount of soy sauce. Perhaps when 20% of the tomato and onion mix are submerged will be fine.


Serve with your favorite fried dish!
