Literal translation: drunken shrimp! Looks easy enough to do. Just marinate the shrimp in beer then saute', and add some more beer. I just hope I don't consume all the beer first before I finish cooking!
I love San Miguel Beer, but the Light variety. And unfortunately there's no San Miguel Beer here (I have been hearing rumors of sightings but have yet to confirm this), so I just might try a substitute...
